A blend of Treixadura, Albariño, Godello, Lado, and Torrontés from organically and biodynamically farmed vineyards in Ribeiro. Cold maceration and controlled fermentation create a greenish-yellow wine with a fresh golden glow. Aged 6 months on the lees, it develops fruity notes with fennel and laurel, excellent acidity, and hints of citrus. An expressive white wine with strong personality and exquisite fruity and floral scents.
