Refund policy

At Vinos de Terruños, we take great care in preparing and shipping every order. Due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds are handled in accordance with the conditions set out below.

No returns for change of mind

As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind after delivery.

We also do not accept returns of products that have been opened, unsealed, damaged after delivery, or otherwise altered by the customer.

This policy does not affect any mandatory statutory rights that may apply under consumer protection law.

Order cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We accept cancellations only before the order has been dispatched.

If the order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

To help us assess the issue, you must include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photographs of the product, packaging, and any visible damage

Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, we may offer, as appropriate:

  • a replacement of the affected product, or
  • a refund to the original payment method

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Exclusions

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • products opened or unsealed after delivery
  • products damaged after delivery by the customer
  • requests based on personal taste or preference
  • cancellation requests made after the order has already been dispatched

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
