Produced from 100% Albariño from organically and biodynamically farmed vineyards in Rías Baixas and aged 6 months on fine lees. A slightly golden yellow wine with green hues, offering great aromatic complexity with ripe fruit character, predominantly peach and apple, accompanied by pineapple and aniseed notes. Broad, tasty palate with fresh acidity and a long, silky and enveloping finish with balsamic and fine herbaceous reminiscences.

  • Vinification

    Hand-harvested in 20kg crates. Quick destemming and press maceration; cold settling. Spontaneous fermentation at 16–18°C in stainless steel. Natural clarification by decantation and gentle filtration.

    Lightly golden with green hues; complex aromas of ripe fruit (peach, apple, pineapple) with aniseed notes; broad and savory palate, fresh acidity; long, silky finish with balsamic and herbal notes.
