  • Vinification

    Each variety is fermented separately in stainless steel at 14–16°C. The base wine rests on lees for 45 days. Secondary fermentation takes place in bottle (traditional method) and the cava ages on lees for 12 months before disgorgement; zero dosage.

  • Tasting notes

    Fresh, fine bubbles; citrus and mineral notes; medium-bodied, elegant and dry with a long finish.
