Esencia de Monte – Monastrell

Produced from certified organic old vines in Monovar-Alicante, fermented and malolactic fermentation in concrete tanks with indigenous yeasts, aged 6 months in French oak barrels. Intense and attractive red color with an elegant bouquet. Mild flavor with balsamic aromas of ripe fruit and toasted notes, showing typical Mediterranean freshness and purity.
