  • Vinification

    Short maceration (≤1 hour). Chilled to ~13°C, clarified/settled, then fermented in stainless steel for 15 days at controlled temperature. Light final racking before bottling.

    Pale rosé; fine and fresh, with fruity aromas and delicate floral hints; good structure with refreshing acidity.
