No podrás utilizar nuestros Servicios para comprar productos alcohólicos si ello vulnera la normativa aplicable en tu jurisdicción. Al realizar un pedido, confirmas que estás legalmente autorizado para adquirir los productos solicitados.
Aceptas proporcionar información exacta, completa y actualizada al realizar una compra o crear una cuenta. Eres responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de tus credenciales de acceso y de toda actividad realizada desde tu cuenta.
2. PRODUCTOS

Nos reservamos el derecho a rechazar o cancelar cualquier pedido cuando sospechemos razonablemente que el comprador es menor de edad, que la compra es ilícita o que el pedido está destinado a reventa cuando esta no esté permitida.

4. PEDIDOS Y PERFECCIÓN DEL CONTRATO

Los plazos de entrega son estimados y no están garantizados. No respondemos de retrasos ocasionados por transportistas, autoridades aduaneras, causas de fuerza mayor o circunstancias fuera de nuestro control razonable.
El riesgo sobre los productos se transmite al cliente en el momento de la entrega. La propiedad de los bienes se transmitirá una vez recibido el pago íntegro.

Nuestra responsabilidad total por cualquier reclamación derivada de o relacionada con los Servicios o cualquier pedido quedará, en todo caso, limitada al importe pagado por el cliente en el pedido concreto que haya dado lugar a la reclamación, salvo que la ley aplicable exija una cantidad superior.
18. INDEMNIDAD
Aceptas indemnizar y mantener indemne a Vinos de Terruños, sus administradores, directivos, empleados, agentes y proveedores de servicios frente a reclamaciones, responsabilidades, daños, pérdidas y gastos derivados de tu incumplimiento de estos Términos, de tu uso ilícito de los Servicios o de la vulneración de derechos de terceros, salvo en la medida en que deriven de nuestra propia culpa o cuando la ley aplicable lo prohíba.
19. SEPARABILIDAD
Si cualquier disposición de estos Términos fuese declarada ilícita, inválida o inaplicable, dicha disposición se aplicará en la máxima medida permitida por la ley y las restantes disposiciones seguirán en pleno vigor y efecto.
20. NO RENUNCIA
El hecho de que no ejercitemos o hagamos valer cualquier derecho o disposición de estos Términos no constituirá una renuncia a dicho derecho o disposición.
21. ACUERDO ÍNTEGRO
Estos Términos, junto con las políticas a las que se remiten, constituyen el acuerdo íntegro entre tú y nosotros respecto del uso de los Servicios y sustituyen cualquier comunicación o acuerdo previo relativo a la misma materia.
22. CESIÓN
No podrás ceder ni transmitir tus derechos u obligaciones bajo estos Términos sin nuestro consentimiento previo por escrito.
Podremos ceder o transmitir nuestros derechos y obligaciones bajo estos Términos cuando así lo permita la ley.
23. LEY APLICABLE Y JURISDICCIÓN

Si actúas como consumidor, te beneficiarás de las disposiciones imperativas de la ley de tu país de residencia que resulten aplicables. Cualquier controversia quedará sometida a los juzgados y tribunales que correspondan conforme a la normativa imperativa de protección de consumidores.
Si no actúas como consumidor, cualquier controversia derivada de o relacionada con estos Términos o con los Servicios se someterá a los juzgados y tribunales de Valencia, España.
24. CAMBIOS EN ESTOS TÉRMINOS
Podremos actualizar estos Términos ocasionalmente para reflejar cambios legales, cambios en nuestras prácticas comerciales o cambios en los Servicios.
