Shipping policy

We currently ship to Spain and countries within the European Union. Shipping availability may vary depending on the delivery address, product availability, and applicable legal restrictions.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed separately at checkout before you complete your order.

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 16:00 will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, high order volumes, adverse weather, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

For deliveries within the European Union, any shipping charges will be shown separately at checkout. For any destination where additional charges may apply, such costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.
