With cold winters, soft springs and autumns, and hot-dry summers. e land presents diverse textures, predominating limestone, brown, clay and gravel. In this way, the suitable combination of climate and &#8220;terroir&#8221; that our location presents, favors the obtaining of wines with soft tannins. Boa is a wine obtained through the native variety of Bobal grape, from old vines with low production and manual harvest.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Boa is a cuv\u00e9e made especially for Vinos de Terru\u00f1os by Familia Pastor Gilabert in collaboration with the winemaker and viticulturist Sebas Mancebo, pioneer in certified farming in Sinarcas, Valencia.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Vinication:<\/strong> Grapes from old vineyards harvested manually. Fermented in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts with a subsequent light filtering before bottling.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Character:<\/strong> It has a bright cherry red color, medium layer and a nice violet border. On the nose, it is where this monovarietal is shown. Aromas of wild owers and certain mineral notes characteristic of the soil and the area.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">In the mouth, blunt and sweet.
