Naipes, Guiñote rosé pale
Certified organic and biodynamic wine (demeter)
The region of Navarra is located northeast of the Rioja border. It is a region that enjoys three distinct climatic influences: Atlantic, Continental and Mediterranean, as well as a great variety of soil types and elevations. This makes Navarra one of the most interesting regions for viticulture in Spain. From the Ribera Alta of Navarra, this Garnacha Tinta rooted in noble land of wines is located in the place called Val de Resa, municipality of Carcar.
Guiñote Rose Garnacha is a wine made for Vinos de Terruños by Familia Pastor Gilabert in collaboration with the brothers Andres and Ramon Serrano, pioneers in organic and biodynamic agriculture in Navarra, together with the oenologist Patxi Moriones, winemaker with deep roots and exhaustive knowledge of the Region of Navarra and Rioja.
Vinification: Fermented with indigenous yeasts is elaborated by the traditional method of bleeding with a very, very short maceration, which provides this beautiful pale pink color so that after the racking the must ferment in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures during 6 to 7 days.
Character: Guiñote Rose is a very aromatic wine dominated by red fruits, strawberries and currants. The palate shows a very fruity wine with a contained acidity and a long and very elegant finish, which invites you to continue drinking.
Gastronomy: All kinds of dishes from our Mediterranean diet, rice, pasta, meat or cheese. It’s also a great option for Asian, spicy and bittersweet food or for appetizers.
